Aloette Bay, located within CIBC Square, is the sister location to the beloved Aloette created by Chef Patrick Kriss. This new location mirrors the design and style of our Spadina location while adding a touch of sophistication that reflects the dynamic energy of its new neighbourhood.

Opened in 2024, Aloette Bay is conveniently situated just steps from Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, and the heart of downtown Toronto. To Whom It May Concern, It was not what I expected. Unfortunately the burger was super undercooked almost raw. I was expecting it to be much better. The oysters were fabulous and service was excellent. However, I was very upset to come home with the replacement burger to find out there was a hair inside the patty. I have been to Alo for the tasting menu with my husband for our Anniversary and it was fabulous, so I hope you can understand that this might be a one time situation. It was just not up to the standard I was expecting and it was disappointing, because I was meeting my mother for the first time in several months. I hope this finds you well! I work at CIBC Square and would appreciate if I can have another chance to try the restaurant. Sincerely, Melanie

The staff was great. The fried chicken had more crispy breading than chicken. The burger was a better value. The crispy sweet potato was especially delicious. I don't know if we were just seated too closely to the speakers but we felt the music was too loud. The menu could have used some salad options. Overall, it was okay but didn't meet my expectations.

I have also taken the time to adjust the music as sometimes we don't realize how much louder it can be in certain spots. Again, thank you for bringing all of this to our attention.

The food was good, however, the banquette they provided for 6 adults was far too small, suitable for children. Being crushed together into this type of seating made the meal and overall experience poor.

We do our best to find the right seating for all of our guests but we clearly missed the mark with your group. We were from out of town, and the staff were exceptionally gracious, helpful, and professional. Food was excellent. Cocktails well made. Staff was attentive, and professional. Not excessive.

Awesome meal. Octopus is a must try. Great place to eat before a leaf game.

Second dinner here in 4 days. Food continues to be wonderful. Great tastes and a nice portion size. People here are just the best. Service is great. An enjoyable dinner all around.
