James Beard Award nominated chef Zach Hutton opens a fine dining restaurant that is more of a farm to table, that is French inspired. We use local grown items from local farms and all breads, pickles and meats are fermented or dry-aged in house. We have a wonderful patio and bar with craft cocktails and a wine selection curated by Ian Clarke.

Highly recommend! Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Their staff is friendly and attentive.

The food and service was incredible. It was a little toasty in the building but everything was wonderful and everyone was very sweet to us

Outstanding new restaurant in midtown! Great for date nights. Extensive cocktail menu and lots of emphasis on local ingredients.

The food is beyond amazing and the drinks are superb! This is by far the best food in OKC.

Bison tartare was very good, the sourdough was a bit over toasted and the texture of the sourdough was overly crunchy. Sea bass was very well made dish and a large portion. Peach Pork Belly was outstandingly prepared, textures and flavors were balanced and amazing. The parsnips and nasturtium in the dish were beautiful additions. Bricktown old fashioned was a bit disappointing for me it’s not as peach forward as I would have liked, but it was still a great drink. The heatwave cocktail was also very good. The Panna Cotta was overly thick and bland and lacking sweetness for a panna cotta. Front of house seemed understaffed but they were very attentive and responsive service was slightly slower. Overall there are a few bugs to work out but this being a newer spot I think that they will. We will be back.

Outstanding new restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff even better. Best sea bass we have had in town. Alma will certainly become a regular stop in our dining schedule.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had in OKC. Chef Zach Hutton a James Beard award nominee killed it. Chef Luke Fry is a wonderful addition at Alma. Michelin Star worthy meal. They understand dietary restrictions and were able to accommodate accordingly. The Snapper has a QR code that told me the fisherman of who caught my fish and where it was caught was an amazing touch. Oysters, fried mushrooms, molasses carrots, tomahawk steak, bison tartare, the fresh farm pasta that changes weekly all delicious! The mocktails and cocktails were elegantly crafted. Can’t wait to go back for their brunch and lunch I know it will be amazing after a dinner like that!

Alma did not disappoint! Our server Jaden was amazing and super knowledgeable about the dishes! We started with the Bison tartare, lamb chops, and dolmas! Everything was delish and flavorful! The Sea Bass and Porchetra were our entrees and everything was so good!
