Coming Soon to Midtown. James Beard Award nominated chef Zach Hutton opens a fine dining restaurant that is more of a farm to table. We use local grown items and all breads and pastries will be made in house. We have a wonderful patio and bar with craft cocktails and a wine selection curated by Ian Clarke.

We started with shrimp cocktail mushrooms and charred okra. The okra was somewhat underwhelming but the other two started our meal off beautifully. Cocktail options are nice, wine list short but had some nice options. Main course was sea bass, pasta (vegetarian) and squash (vegetarian) all were quite good but the favored was the pasta. Great texture and mushrooms snuck in a heartiness that we all loved. There is a little spice that heats up and compliments all the other flavors. It was very hot outside and we had some issues with flies at our table, and the noise level was a bit high

Alma opened just a few days ago, but everything was close to perfect : the food, the staff, and anything else. The clients around us seem to enjoy the experience also. I definetely recommend Alma ! And good luck to the team !

Enjoyed the atmosphere and food Zack and Kayla will make it work. Food was definitely Chef’s stronghold, delicious and purely Oklahoma Glad this is available to us

We had a lovely dinner at Alma yesterday evening. My wife said her fillet was perfect and my sea bass was tasty but smaller than expected. The chocolate genache was delicious. We had a wonderful server, Jaydan (sp?) who was polite, friendly and took care of all our needs. We are telling our friends of our pleasant experience.

The price was extraordinarily high for the experience. We both ordered salads to begin which were good but the salmon entrees were not good and neither were either desserts. The salmon was cooked too long and was too salty. The vegetable mix under the salmon not make sense. There was no bread available with the meal. We needed knives to cut the desserts which were strange - not tasty and difficult to eat . The environment is noisy and the overhead ac vent leaked water from the ceiling. I was so hoping this was going to be a good experience but I cannot recommend it to anyone. Without wine, two salads, two entrees and two desserts amounted to $175. Too much for the dinner.

We came for opening night and tried a variety of things - all amazing! Atmosphere and timing were what you’d expect for opening night, so we’ll come back soon and have another experience when when the room is fine tuned. This one will be a hit!

Awesome food. Great drinks. Will be back. Going to be a fantastic addition to Okc food spots. Emphasis on high quality food and drinks. Service was slow. Be prepared to wait. If you have a tight window to be in and out, I’d recommend waiting to go here until they’ve got their service figured out. Everyone was kind and friendly, but everything took a while. Our reservations were at 7:30. We hung out at the bar until 8:15 waiting for our table to open up. We had drinks, appetizers, mains, and dessert. Apps: Shrimp Cocktail- massive shrimp with great flavor. Cocktail sauce was meh. Several other items on the menu we will try next time. Caprese Salad - excellent, will get again. Beautiful tomatoes. Great flavors of basil and balsamic. Mains: Pave Fries - highly recommended! of all the things we tried, this was our favorite and will be a reason to return. It’s like a fried gratin potato. Fantastic. Chicken and Dumplings- recommended. will get again. Really interesting twist that looked like steamed pot stickers with flavors of traditional chicken and dumplings. Bison Osso Buco - flavors were amazing and the bison meat was so tender. Broth was incredible. Was a bit charred on the outside. Will try again after experiencing other items on the menu that looked and smelled wonderful coming to other tables. Dessert: Chocolate pastry - recommended. awesome, will get again. Drinks: Mint Julep- recommended. perfect version of a mint julep. Will get again. Pain killer- recommended. wasn’t called a pain killer, but was their version. Fantastic. This was their first night open. You could feel the challenges they were trying to overcome. Felt understaffed and a bit disorganized likely because they were learning. I’m certain the kinks will be worked out. I bet even those that go tonight, the second night, things will be much improved.

It was amazing, for a soft open everything was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to serve food quicker, bit I'm aure they will, it was packed so little bit delay, not a big deal.

They were not ready to open. So I won’t go into the poor timing of food delivery. The food was good. Pricing was high for what you get. The okra salad was $19 for two pieces of okra and three cherry tomatoes.
