Alma Bistro, Cocina Latina located in North Norwalk, was founded out of a deep love for real food, food that is fresh, healthy, and authentically latino. We only use real ingredients fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range chicken. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. Alma Bistro brings nuevo-latino soul food with an upscale twist.

Alma Bistro was born in 2022 a vision of Ulises Jimenez, head chef and owner of Don Rene Taqueria in Milford, CT, with Noberto Lucero as head chef and of course Alma Miranda. Together they've combined their passion for nuevo-latino food and custom cocktails with Alma Bistro, bringing you some of the best latino fusion in Fairfield County.
