    Superb presentation of the various dishes. Our taste buds were working overtime. A nibble, 2-3 savoury dishes & the dessert selection each was more than enough to satisfy 3 hungry customers accompanied by a bottle of excellent white wine. Highly recommended.

    Beautiful evening out. Exquisite food, well prepared and presented. Staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. Lovely view over the market square and nice ambience overall. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

    Allium is a great place for a special occasion, it’s easily the best place to eat in Salisbury. Very original food, beautifully presented and - most important- everything we had was delicious. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

    Fabulous meal as ever, really interesting array of flavours and textures. Salisbury very lucky to have Tim in the city.

    Very good service and amazing food as always from the team at Allium. Consistently the best restaurant in the wider area. Always recommend.

    We really enjoyed our dinner; lovely fresh and original menu, good wine and service. The decor does not do justice to the classiness of the food! Even the addition of some good quality tablecloths would help hide the rather unattractive tabes. But won’t stop us returning :-)

    We had a lovely evening at Allium. The service was good and the waitress very knowledgable. Some of the flavour combinations were interesting pairings. The wine pairing was good. Overall we had a nice time.

    Ambitious menu that was executed to a good standard. We thought that overall, there was just a little too much salt used, which is unusual these days. I much prefer a system where a little salt and pepper are added to the food, but it is available at the table. Not a criticism, just an observation.
