We are Allelo.

Our name comes from the word allelomimesis which is the phenomenon of a group, such as birds, coming together to form a flock.The idea of gathering is echoed throughout our menu where items are meant for sharing with friends.

Our dining room here at Allelo is very intimate with the majority of our tables being smaller than five guests. Please note that if your party is larger than 6 people, you will most likely be outside.
All outside tables have heaters and blankets available, but please dress warmly as nighttime temperatures can change suddenly.

$25 corkage per 750ml. We have a three bottle limit per table. We do have an extensive wine list with over 500 bottles of wine to choose from. Also, our in-house sommelier would love to make a recommendation for your table.

Absolutely outstanding brunch today. Wonderful service and the food was top notch. Will definitely return on my next visit to downtown St. Pete.

I got the taste of Allelo and my wife got pasta every course was perfectly cooked and the branzino was exceptional! Alex was a great server and took very good care of us.

Outstanding meal! We ordered the lamb bolognese, the rabbit pasta pillows, the pesto linguini, and the skirt steak. All were delicious but our favorite was the rabbit pasta. It was amazing. So happy with our experience at Allelo!

The restaurant had great chef prepared food, the ambiance is graceful, and the service was superb. The music was too loud for our taste, but it wasn’t overwhelming. We enjoyed the Baby Gem salad, the 24oz Bone In Striploin, and a few Bay Git Me Sippin cocktails. Next we may try desserts.

the ambiance of this place was gorgeous. it felt like a luxury dining experience! the oysters were 10/10! the mussels were good too and it came with a bowl of soup with bread to dip in and it was good. the mussel meat were small compared to other places ive been. i had the pesto linguini which was ok. it came out cold and didn’t have much flavor. overall, it was a beautiful experience and i would come again!

Terrible experience they moved the reservation back 30 mins then when we got there made us wait for another 30 mins to get our table.

Excellent 100% house-made Mediterranean fare. Not a loser on the menu. Appetizers, oysters, charcuterie, plates of pasta, and proteins. One of the best wine selections on Beach Drive. The service is always smiling and happy to see you. The chef cures house-made meats among other things. Stellar Som as well.

Five stars all the way baby. The bar was very busy with a lot of couples having drinks and sharing small plates. We were booked for inside dining and they graciously put us outside when we requested it. Service…..great. We love small plate dining so Allelo is our kind of restaurant. Shrimp cocktail was so delicious and we think the shrimp may have been pan cooked in oil as opposed to steamed shrimp and they were cooked perfectly crisp and nicely spiced. The fresh ground horseradish on top of the sauce was a perfect touch. We would have ordered a second plate had we not wanted to try more offerings. The octopus arancini are a must try. We are not big octopus people and these were delicious and something we would order again. The mussels were a generous serving. My husband loved them and I found them a bit fishy yet extremely plump and cooked perfectly. We wish we could have ordered a loaf of crunchy bread to sop up the sauce. In just one meal Allelo is top of the list for us in St Pete to dine again. Special thanks to our server Cory with the purple touches in her hair. She is beautiful, really into her job, and made the meal and evening so special. One more thing, I thought prices were perfect and not outrageous like so many other good restaurants.
