The new All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, which is located on the site of what was a tackle & bait shop in 1936, draws inspiration from the materials and tools once sold there. It celebrates Seattle's maritime industry, from the portraits of fishermen and articulated shelves to the fresh seafood highlighting the best of the Pacific Northwest. The rustic materials draw from the simplicity of fishing boats, incorporating worn white-washed wood, metal, and simple white brick.

Not an extensive food menu, but what's there is excellent. A comprehensive wine menu. Service and presentation are top notch. Great location.

Food Amazing!!!!! Well worth it, was nervous because of the price and that it was in a hotel but so delicious. Our server was so adorable, sweet, attentive and gave great suggestions.

Outstanding oysters, pork belly, scallops, and black cod. Very generous drinks, and the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had. Most notable was our server Aisha—attentive, fun, and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be going back!!

I booked to celebrate my husband's birthday based on reviews. We were only in Seattle for 2 nights and this is the only reservation I made. Servers very friendly but they got the order all messed up. Despite chatting to my husband about which oysters to select, they completely forgot about them. They brought my chowder (service very slow) and placed it between us- on reflection this might have been the first sign all was not going smoothly. When he asked about the oysters they admitted they'd forgotten. The entrees arrived and they got my husband's wrong. End result - I ate my 2 courses while he looked on and his arrived just as I finished. I should add that the restaurant was very quiet (tbh very little atmosphere) but we couldn't hear our own discussion due to the exceptionally loud females at the table close by. One in particular spoke at the top of her voice the entire time (and about quite personal matters). The restaurant didn't charge us for the one dessert we ordered to share which frankly was the least they could do. And although the staff were apologetic when I explained how disappointing our experience had been, listing all the mistakes and how it had spoiled the birthday celebration, I didn't feel they were that interested. If visiting Seattle - choose a different place to eat. There are loads.

Quality of dishes not as good as our previous visit, clams linguini had a number of low quality, overcooked clams.
