Alina offers a traditional izakaya-style Japanese dining experience, where the emphasis is on sharing delectable dishes at the table over a leisurely meal. Our menu boasts a diverse range of sushi and asian cuisine.

OMAKASE EXPERIENCE: At the sushi bar, Chef Ken presents the “Omakase”: an exceptional Japanese dining experience where he crafts a multi-course meal using the freshest and most exquisite ingredients of the day. This allows you to embark on a culinary voyage that highlights the chef’s creativity and culinary mastery. - Please note that a minimum of 2 guests is required for the Omakase Experience.

Alina is located in the heart of Maho village, above Casino Royale. Parking is available at the Sonesta Hotel behind Maho village.

                                                                                                        Absolutely a wonderful experience. Went with my two children and they were taken care of. Food was flavorful and delicious. Would highly recommend.

                                                                                                        Absolutely must visit for sushi lovers. Cannot say enough about the quality of foos, service and ambiance. One of the best dining experiences in SXM.

                                                                                                        My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The service was great. I can’t remember what the young lady’s name was but it was on Sunday evening at 9pm, if that helps. Thank you guys for everything, we will be coming back.

                                                                                                        Alina is in the center of Maho, above the casino, in an open, clean, well-decorated space. I was fortunate to sit at the sushi/omakase bar and watch amazing meals/bites be prepared. Jane was very pleasant and got me settled while Chef Ken was very friendly and in control of a busy night at the restaurant. The local seafood is the way to go - snapper, mahi, tuna all caught that day and very flavorful. I’ve eaten at Alina before and look forward to returning - next time for omakase! Thanks for a fresh seafood experience!

                                                                                                        Enjoyed the ambience and decor. Our server was average. Food was ok. Spicy tuna roll didn’t have any spice and almost tasted like it was mixed with canned tuna. Udon noodle dish didn’t have much flavor but a good portion.

He served dish after dish of deliciousness and chatted merrily about the island and the food. Wonderfully fresh and creative sushi. Will definitely return.
