Went for an anniversary during the week. They sat us at a nice table with great water views. Our waitress was attentive but respectful which was refreshing. I had a bottle of champagne pre ordered that was waiting for us. We had an appetizer that was delicious. The timing of the main course was good. My wife had the salmon special which was perfectly cooked. We will be back

We love this restaurant! Newly renovated with new floors, tables, chairs, and they’ve added really elegant half-circle sofas to comfortably accommodate diners with views of the lake. The food, service, and ambience is always perfect! Our server Devin was kind, courteous, inviting, well spoken, prompt, and professional!

Our first time to Alicante... Let's start with what we liked. Service: Generally speaking service was excellent. Our server was fantastic - bubbly, friendly, professional, and helpful. The host was also friendly and professional. Food: Good, solid dishes. Reasonable, but not absurdly large portions. Now, what we were not fond of. Parking: The lot was full and they were valet parking. We have an HP tag, but because the parking attendants could not deal with the volume, we waited with our car in traffic for 10 minutes until we could get to the HP space. Not cool. Delays in the restaurant: The restaurant was hopping busy. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and then waited for every other interaction. Our server did her best - it was clear there was a staffing issue given how busy the restaurant was. Wine: Overpriced and the list was inaccurate. We asked for the Dona Maria Amantis Riserva that was on the list. We were served just the standard Dona Maria. We paid $45 for the bottle. Had it been the Amantis, it would have been about twice retail. Because it was the standard bottle, it was more like three times retail - not reasonable. We did not make an issue of it because I did not want to get into an argument on our anniversary. Ambience: No real ambience, given that the restaurant was so busy. The noise level made casual conversation difficult. Overall, Alicante was good. No major flaws, except the wine list, but nothing exceptional either. Would we go back - maybe, but it will not be our first choice.

Very loud, but good service, good food! It took a while for valet service and drinks… but that’s it! Everything else was great

We love the Alicante Restaurant. WE just visited for our 25th wedding anniversary. My birthday is coming up in October and we'll be back. The new owners have done a good job with what seems to me to be some remodeling. Seems to be a little noisy which is a handicap to us older folks with some hearing issues. Maybe a rug would help. Ana, our waitress was great! Ana, relax and do your best. No need to apologize. We didn’t' visit the Alicante for fast food. We were there for the experience and great food.

First time here, service was fantastic! I had salmon, my wife the sea scallops. Both were excellently prepared and tasted great. The outside seating overlooking the lake gave great views and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return!

Everything about our experience was A+!! This was our first time at Alicante and we will most definitely be back very soon. The food was absolutely amazing, drinks were exactly as we like them, service was perfect, and the ambiance was great! Thank you for a fantastic meal and dining experience and see you soon!

Our first time seated in the lounge. Not the experience we are used to when dining here. Our service was dismal. Dining in the lounge felt like an after thought. Server would disappear, forget simple requests for lemon, refill on drinks or example. Food came out slower than usual and not as well done. Mushroom appetizer has been a standard for years, came out lacking the baked char that makes it scrumptious. Scallop risotto was lacking flavor and rice not cooked enough. It should be hard pellets. Sacchetti was overdone and tasted mushy. The rack of lamb was the only dish prepared well and tasted good. Evening was not what we have come to expect from Alicante. Did not stay for dessert.
