Stationed on the corner of West 53rd Street & 9th avenue- you will find Alfie's, a neighborhood restaurant & bar where you can come in for a great meal, & friendly hospitality. With enough hops to keep you happy, gourmet comfort food to feed your soul, & enough Bourbon, whiskey, & rye to keep you satisfied & coming back for more.

Our kitchen is open for lunch & dinner. Brunch is offered Saturday & Sunday from 11am - 4pm. We feature local rotating craft beers on tap, a seasonal cocktails and an exclusive old fashioned menu.

We hold a portion of our seating for walk-in diners. If you are running late please call us at 212-757-2390. We hold tables for 15 minutes and then they will be released on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that all our outside seating is on a first come first seated basis and can not be booked in advance. We look forward to welcoming you!

We’ve been to Alfies a few times. The manager/host is so welcoming and the service always good and friendly from servers. The food was not as good this time, especially the coffee. Prices are reasonable for area.

Most of us were rather underwhelmed with the food. Service was good, drinks were good, but the food was meh.

Wonderful feeling when I walked in. The decorations were a nice touch. The drinks were amazing. The service was timely. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing!!! Service was out of this world. Food was great, cocktails were wonderful. Can’t wait to visit Alfie’s again.

Loved eating outside in warmer weather. Inside, the noise and crowd levels are very high - not appealing for someone with claustrophobia. Nonetheless, the small table in the front worked well for me and a friend, except we had to shout at each other to be heard. Food is always good.

The spinach artichoke was tasty and nearly perfect. Just a bit too salty My burger was overcooked and mediocre. Not very flavourful. My spouse liked his burger. The french fries were good and crispy. The service was enthusiastic but not as attentive as I would prefer. She wandered away too much without checking on our table. The noise level was horrid. I could not understand a word my spouse during dinner. He had the same issue. We would not return.
