Le chef cuisinier Matt Bata de l'Alexander's Steakhouse propose une belle interprétation du steakhouse américain avec des notes d'influence du monde entier dans tout son menu, qui comprend des morceaux de viande classiques tels que le faux filet, le Bone-In New York et le filet mignon, des fruits de mer issus du développement durable, notre Hamachi caractéristique et la plus grande variété de steaks Wagyu. Nous servons aussi des steaks vieillis à sec, ainsi que les meilleurs produits les plus luxueux disponibles, notamment 2 menus de dégustation et une vaste carte de vins conçue par le directeur des vins Andy Brady. Hi. Previously spend my 40th here. Which was fantastic. And when our anniversary came up. Of course we wanted to celebrate here as well. Service great from the host, server, expeditor, busser.... Perfect. So warm and you can tell people enjoy working at AS. The food unfortunately didnt hit the mark as I was expecting. We did go out on a limb with the chefs tasting but felt we should have shared the 28oz bone in and couple of sides So heres just a quick review: Hamachi shooter. Excellent. so fresh and i love the bite of the vinegar! Beet salad. Surprisingly my absolute favorite part of the meal . Great combination of flavors and textures. The cheese phenomenal. And pistachio vinaigrette bomb. The uni/salmon roe. It was okay. I normally don't eat uni so understand that but you have to experience what the chef wants us to experience right? So I went for it.. Roe was a bit too salty, uni was fresh and the best part. The 'steam egg' portion I think that's what it was, was bland. Maybe mixing the roe would've made it better overall? Least favorite part of meal. Pork kakuni. Portion was little too big. I felt it was a meal in itself. It was slightly dry despite the lovely piece of pork fat (the best part btw). The skin was not crispy enough, rubbery and hard to chew. Not a fan favorite. A5 waygu. Cooked more rare than I like. Red throughout. Wouldve like more med rare. But luckily the part of the experience. The cut was ok, had a strip of cartilage in the middle. the sear was uneven. Pumpkin cheesecake and ice cream. Second favorite part. So good. Worth coming back for the cheesecake. The cotton candy always a nice touch and the service makes up for any shortcomings. Overall. Ill skip chef tasting next time. Id dive into the waygu menu and bone in ribeye. Two sides and a beet salad. Split between you and your date. We'll be back for sure. But we'll skip the tasting and go straight at the waygu!

I was with my 17 year old grandchildren after seeing the Nutcracker, we had a reservation. The restaurant was empty yet we were taken to a banquet room in the back with banquet tables and chairs. No Christmas decorations, very stark. I ordered a Gibson and got a Gimlet. The filet was raw, l ordered medium rare and it it wasn’t very good . Nothing on the menu for my vegetarian granddaughter, no chicken or salmon. Everything ala carte, steak on a plate by itself, they could at least put a bit of something on the plate. Very expensive and disappointing.

The service from beginning to end was incredible from the host to the waiters. Everyone was extremely attentive and great. The beef tartare was lackluster had no flavor and tasted burnt more than anything. The bread and the butter that was offered was better than the beef tartare. Both of our steaks were ordered to be cooked medium, but my girlfriend received hers rare which she should have sent back but refuse to all in all. I don’t think I’ll be celebrating any anniversaries here again or returning for another dinner, the service was at the highest level, but the food was not

They got nearly everything on our order wrong and said it was because they were busy with the holiday season. I’ve been to the restaurant several times and this was a totally different experience. Hopefully they get their act together.

The tomahawk and porterhouse steaks were excellent. Overall it is a very nice restaurant with a nice ambience.

Great cocktails with knowledgeable bartenders. And then, of course, the restaurant is exquisite. On a cool evening it is just beautiful to sit near in the smaller side room near the fireplace. The petit filet mignon was absolutely perfect. And don’t miss the mushrooms. Excellent service from start to finish as well.

Best steak I have ever had. Sides were tasty but small as they claim they are shareable with group the way Maestros does it , but much smaller portions.

We had such an amazing experience for our anniversary. The staff gave us a card and complimentary wine. The waiters were amazing and kept us entertained. The food was amazing. From the bread to the dessert, everything was divine.
