2 MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT - ALEX DILLING AT HOTEL CAFE ROYAL

Contemporary modern European cuisine drawing influences from French classics. Formatted as tasting menus, displaying unique and meticulous cooking techniques to provide the most optimum dining experience. Expect the finest ingredients, expertly sourced from around the UK and further afield; delivering a focus and emphasis of exquisite seafood along with a few meat options from artesian suppliers.

Dilling will showcase his talent in an intimate dining space seating only 34 guests in the heart of London, a newly designed dining room overlooking Regent Street. The restaurant will serve contemporary French cuisine which draws on inspiration from the classic gastronomy of the country combined with a young and energetic sense of hospitality.

We will endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate completely dairy-free or vegan menus.

Exceptional service, interesting dishes, fantastic ambience, great location. Nothing that really blew me away amd I’m not sure I could say the value is there considering their tasting menu is priced on par with 3 starred restaurants but our waiter Jutin more than made up for it.

What an evening! The service was off the charts! The food was divine. The wine was fantastic. We ordered the 8 course tasting with the chicken as extra. We were in food comas until the next day. However everything was insanely amazing.

a truly memorable dining experience. Together with the wine paring, each course was unique and delicious and all together created a wonderful journey into fine dining. One of the top dining experiences in London. We’ll be back for sure

We received a great welcome we were offered a water as we arrived early . The staff then all had a chat and we found out a little bit about the people which we loved Each bite of the seven course menu was Devine , Up there with the best places we have eaten with three Michelin Star so looking forward to seeing when the next star gets added Thank you for a great meal and night

Excellent food Great attention to detail Enthusiastic staff Location great I would recommend slightly slower service - or ask the guests Disappointing to sit near some young Asians who seemed to have no interest in the food, treated the front of house staff with disdain and spent most of the evening going to the toilet in groups or instagramming photos of themselves. It didn’t spoil our evening but so disrespectful to the restaurant and other diners

Truly the best pastry and bread in London ! I would say even better than in France ! And I am not a bread person !! So well deserved - compliments to the pastry chef ! 10 out of 10! Well balanced set menu and deliciously executed food. We were concerned regarding 7 dishes set meal, as we usually do not eat much, however size of the portions and balanced combination of all Ingredients - left us pleasantly full without extra heavy feeling. Overall- so far - for us , personally, the best Michelin starred restaurant in London. And we have been to many.
