I tried the new halibut preparation and it was very good. Another one of those seasonal preps that keeps the menu interesting.

Terrific small plates as well as entrees, easy to share, best food I've had in Philly in my many visits here. Great to conversation if you go early, e.g. 6 p.m. Has a nice buzz as the evening goes on, which makes conversations a little challenging but still possible. I highly recommend.

Not bad; able to get reservations for two for work conference on Friday night. Menu interesting enough, food was very good, not great. But, still satisfied after. Coming from NYC, wasn’t overwhelmed by prices, but for Philly was a little disappointed in the price for the portions. For a work dinner was good, but would not come here again on my own.

On a busy Thursday night, my guest tried two of the signature cocktails and really enjoyed them. While I stuck with the scallops, he enjoyed the pierogis, the pasta with duck, and topped it off with the cheesecake. He found all three courses delicious.

I dined here for the second time and it was a terrific meal. Our group of three started with the fabulous milk buns with honey butter. What a treat! My dinnner companions enjoyed their pumpkin soup and my mussels in fennel broth were deliscious. We enjoyed two salads- kale and caesar and an apple walnut and we were full. It was the perfect autumnal meal. Our server was right on point and despite the busy trables he did a great job.

Waiter was not attentive. Waiter did not take serve dairy & nut allergy seriously. The food came with mashed potatoes on the plate. The staff said it was dairy free, when I questioned the server he told me “I don’t know I didn’t make it”. When he finally asked the chef the mashed potatoes did indeed have have dairy. The meal was remade but I got my meal as the rest of the party was finishing their meals. Once the meal was remade the waited never came back to check on me. I was still charged the full amount for the meal. No one came to give us a check. We had to walk to the bar to ask the bartender to check us out. Also my friend ordered a drink off the menu & the waiter assured her it was not a problem. He brought her the wrong drink & still charged her for it.

Nice place we visited for the first time. The food was delicious (but for the dessert, which was pretty standard) and the service was very good. I am positive we will visit it again in the future
