Excellent food, service and value. We will return to enjoy another dinner here. Alebrije is a great option for dinner while on the Kohala Coast conveniently located at The Shops at Mauna Lani.

Very quiet when we went. Funny location upstairs but had some nice outdoor limited seating. Service was great. Food okay. The black beans had a funny taste added to it. I had a soy enchilada. Nothing remarkable and my husband had fajitas. Chicken. Not a lot of veggies. Expected more. Drinks were good.

My experience did not match the glowing reviewa I saw on OpenTable. The bar did not have common items (e.g. bourbon, sangria). The chips & salsa cost $13 and was inadequate provided with dip. The entrees were limited an disappointing. And the ambience was non-existent. I do not recommend this establishment.
