Very festive atmosphere for the holidays. Excellent food and exceptional service. Our server, Jimmy was outstanding. Definitely will be back and requesting his section. If you are looking for a fun place to gather with friends, this is the place to go!

I've been here twice in the past month, both times I had the same experience. Slow service, mediocre drinks that were over priced, and food was less than spectacular. The first time I ordered a burger. I ordered it medium and I came out well done and dry as heck. I also dis not order fries and was served fries and charged for fries. The burger I ordered specially said fries were extra, and I frankly did not want them. It should not have been assumed I wanted something extra. The second time I visited we ordered drinks and an appetizer only. The appetizer was decent, but service was terribly slow. It took us over 2 hours to get 4 drinks and 1 appetizer for 4 people. The waiter only stopped by the table 3 or 4 times and we were seated towards the back, so he walked past many times. I definitely would not recommend Ale Mary's and won't be coming back. Service was far too slow and the food was nothing to write home about.

Our server only came by twice in two hours, once to get our order and once to bring our drinks. We couldn’t even find him the second hour to get our bill, so we left cash on the table and left. Noisy ambiance, but well decorated for Christmas. Cocktails were overpriced, even for being novelty.

It was my husbands bday. It was such a great experience for him & the entire family!! Waitstaff perfection!! Holiday vegan menu perfection!!

We were in the coolest little igloo outside! Absolutely loved the food and drinks! Server was so sweet through the entire meal. Absolutely adored her!

Had reservations (made weeks ago), for 5:15pm. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated in the igloo by the hostess at our reservation time. She said our server Mia would be right with us. We waited…. Waited and waited (in the freezing cold ) igloo. It was now 5:50. Mia never came to our igloo at all! My little guy had to use the restroom so we went inside to use the restroom and at that point I flagged down the manager on duty. My husband was still waiting outside for the waitress that never came…, I told the manager what happened, she apologized and offered a free appetizer.? I was pretty insulted that her response was to offer a free appetizer. I just waited outside in the cold igloo for 40 minutes with my husband and child waiting to try this festive dinner we have been looking forward to trying for a month now and you offer an appetizer! Needless to say we left. We found another restaurant near by for our family dinner. This restaurant wasn’t chosen by chance, we wanted to come here because of its impressive vegan menu. My son has food allergies and we were so looking forward to him having such a large selection of goodies to choose from. He has been taking about this place for weeks and all the treats he wanted to try. So sad this experience was so poor. Do better ale Mary.
