We've been dining at Aldos since the restaurant opened in 1988. The menu is varied, with classic Italian dishes that are expertly prepared and modestly priced. A fine wine list compliments the cuisine, and service is consistently first rate. A restaurant that continues to please customers for 36 years is all you need to know.

Not your old ALdos Food was very mediocre. Always good service and smart venue, but food quality has gone way down - I suspect the pandemic and inflation have won the day

We dine here every year on vacation. Best Italian in VB! Wes was our server - excellent job! Pear and Caesar salads were fresh and crisp with delicious dressings. Capellini marinara and Penne Mare e Monti entrees were perfectly cooked pastas with scrumptious sauces. The penne dish has tender chicken and nice sized shrimp that are tender and very tasty in a delectable rose sauce. The focaccia bread is a thinner version with nice seasoning. Too much food to have dessert this visit, but the case by the entrance makes it hard to resist them. If you are in the mood for Italian in VB then Aldo’s is a great choice!

We have only been here twice in two years while on a short vacation. Aldo's was recommended to us last year by a friend of one of our daughters. We were so thrilled with the food, service, and ambiance last year that we couldn't wait to go back this year. Well, this year it was not as good. We, my wife, and I, are hesitant to say anything at the time of service, although we probably should. We had almost identical food orders both years. This year the tomato on the burrata ball salad had some peculiar looking liquid on one slice of the tomato. The rest of that appetizer was delicious. We also had an order of lasagna which we shared. We were disappointed in the lasagna; the bottom layer of pasta was like a piece of leather, and we could not eat that noodle. The service was OK. We are not sure if we will try Aldo's again on our next trip.

Food was amazing. I had the special crab with lobster sauce. Chocolate martini was fantastic. Service was wonderful. We were seated in the rear corner next to restrooms and next to two large parties with two large tables with multiple people and they were loud . The piano player was drowned out I would have liked to have heard him.
