For the menu, Chef Patrick Kriss of the award-winning and nationally acclaimed Alo Food Group draws inspiration from traditions and techniques long-practiced in and around the Mediterranean – spanning Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia and Morocco. Whether you’re flying solo with an Alder Burger and a beer, gathering friends for small plates and cocktails, or diving into a feast of prime meats and fresh seafood, we’ve got you covered.

Imagine an impeccable experience. That's the one I had with my girlfriend at Alder. The whole experience was spotless; the food was perfect, the service was attentive, polite and on point, and the ambiance was sweet, refined and cozy. It was my first time there, and I will definitely go back.

Not great service. Menu was somewhat boring. Steak was well prepared, but frites were soggy. Service was disorganized.

Tucked inside a hotel we almost couldn’t find Alder but it was worth looking for ! Delicious fire grill food in a warm atmosphere . Good martinis and friendly staff.

An amazing evening at Alder. New menu is perfect. Food and service were exceptional. Well deserving of its Michelin guide rating. Beautiful surroundings! Architecture as a backdrop to this top rated restaurant made for a perfect evening.

Out of this world. The private dining and our waitress was amazing. Worth every single dollar and whatever they want to tack on as service charges. The food was amazing. Attentive and the vibe was amazing. How do you give 20 stars? Only goes up to 5 here

The food was so delicious, I enjoyed every part of the meal, the ambiance was great and the service at the start of dinner was stellar but by the end of dinner the service went from amazing to just rude as myself and my dinner guest were trying to flag a server down so we could get some assistance with paying our bill and some of the servers openly (eye contact was made and all) ignored us until our server from earlier finally arrived. It was just so dismissive and rude, actions like that really ruin what started off as an amazing experience.

Terrible service, our server was pretty much obsessed with two girls sitting at a nearby table. He ignored us for most of the night. After bringing the wine he didn’t show up for half an hour, he kept bringing free food and drinks for these two girls. Not sure if he knew them or not but regardless it was awful service. He refused to take the appetizers order and give us a chance to review the mains. He insisted that we pick the mains at the same time claiming that will give the kitchen a chance to organize things even though we were waiting for ever for him. To make things worse we were waiting for ever again at the end to get our umbrella because they misplaced it. Too bad, the food was excellent but the service was awful.
