Cherchant à reproduire le style de cuisine qu'il prépare pour sa famille et ses amis chez lui, le chef Michael Scelfo prépare des plats humbles et sans prétention, qui honorent la tradition du lieu dans sa qualité. Sa façon à lui de se connecter avec tous ceux qui viennent manger à leur table. Bien que les réservations soient fortement recommandés, une partie de la salle à manger et du bar est également gardée pour les clients sans réservation, dans le cas où votre demande ne peut pas être satisfaite. We made a reservation a day in advance. When we arrived, we were shown to the worst table in the house, right near the door and host station. We asked for something else, and got the second worst table in the house, in that same area, near the bar. The traffic, noise, and view were all very bad. The view from one seat was into a dingy work room where staff went in and out constantly. Our server was attentive, and listened to our issues at the end of the meal. He called over the manager; however he was dismissive and didn't care one bit that we were dissatisfied. Don't count on well-in-advance reservations here to get you a decent table. But you can count on the management being rude to their customers.

We had dinner early as we planned to visit a local bar too. Staff was knowledgeable and explained the menu. Interior is warm and soothing. Menu is small plates meant to be shared. I would like to see specials as the menu is small. My husband enjoyed the food more than I did.

Food was delicious and very creative, my drink though, The Healthy Kick literally tasted like a salad. All dishes we ordered were great!!!

WOW this place was truly an amazing find. As it’s connected to a bigger building, it is an easy miss. As someone who’s a pescatarian it was refreshing to find a restaurant in Boston that didn’t have meat in every dish and be able to remake the dish to fit my dietary requirements. The food was amazing, if I would recommend anything it would be the burrata and peaches. I cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended.

The staff at Arden and Harlow were patient and caring. Answering my parties questions with attention and consideration. I want to thank the staff for their patience. My two companions were not interested in sharing their plates and the staff kindly accommodated their needs, serving their meals on large plates. I look forward to my next visit.

This is a restaurant we loved for many years and visited more than 100 times, but the food has seen a precipitous decline. Having brought every visiting friend and family member here and having celebrated many birthdays and anniversaries here, I can say with certainty that we will never return. That said, the service has always been excellent, and I wish the servers had better food to work with.

Some good shareable plates and friendly serving staff. The host could have been a little friendlier, as that makes the experience all the more memorable. Thanks!
