Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

Really disappointed with the food. Was in for less than an hour no sooner ordered then food arrived and it definitely wasn’t the best.

Visited Albert’s on a Friday afternoon just prior to Christmas. The restaurant was extremely busy but the staff seemed very efficient and worked extremely hard. No complaints about the food at all. We had the 3 course fixed price menu which we felt was very good value for money. We will be back.

Books meal last minute, arrived early, had a drink in the bar, before being collected by staff and shown to table. Service was excellent, food was excellent as always, we’ll be back again

Excellent from beginning to end . Perfect customer service . Lovely ambience . Excellent food and cocktails . The 2 course lunch menu was really good value for money . Allergies are very well catered for . All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed it . This is the only place where I have been served a non alcoholic wine that I actually liked . Well done all round . I would highly recommend.

The welcome was great. Our table lovely and the waiters were fab. The food was really delicious. The only thing to slightly marr the experience was when I booked the table the person I spoke to wasn’t that friendly. There was quite a lot of ‘admin’ in booking the table and confirming the table with messages etc. I thought the place would be busy but it wasn’t so all the confirming was a bit unnecessary. None of my party were aware so it didn’t matter and the evening was a success.
