Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

Great venue for a lovely late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Good choice of food. Friendly and attentive staff. Food served hot and hardly any wait time but you never felt rushed. Worth every penny!.

First visit and wow! Staff, especially Emma and Ky, service, food and ambience was amazing. Definitely returning with family and/or friends. Great restaurant with seating inside and out.

Menu limited and expensive Always seem to be a consistent staff turnover & probably in the kitchen also

Hi Mr Riley hope you're well. It's such a shame to hear your comments regarding the menu, pricing and staffing as you're one of our regular customers. You did indeed have a new member of staff serving you on Friday whilst being trained by one of our supervisors. As you'll know we are a very busy venue, therefore we do frequently recruit new staff members to ensure we can cope with the demand of the busy months and ensure our customers have a fantastic visit. I will pass your comments regarding the menu/pricing to our head office as that's not something we have control over at site level unfortunately. We went a little earlier than normal so it was fairly quiet but that's ok. Staff attentive especially Wayne on our arrival and our request of a table was adhered to so thankyou. Food quality good as always and well cooked, however, portion sizes are getting smaller everytime we go which is worrying. We actually felt hungry after 3 courses ! Prawn Marie Rose minimal sauce and the hardest bit of the lettuce given, and the sticky toffee pudding felt like it had been microwaved as the texture was poor. Also the cheesecake had single cream and not double. I feel some corners are being cut so we will come again but if it's not like it used to be we will not return. Your better than last night
