Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

smartly dressed staff who were polite and attentive from the start. The staff were informative and helpful with the menu. Drinks were served quickly which I feel is key especially if its busy and you don't mind waiting to order or receive food as long as you at least have drinks. The food came in good time and was delicious and hot. We had the Sunday dinner share boards, and wooow we loved them excellent quality produce and presentation. We requested additional gravy and they delivered a the perfect amount. We would of stayed for dessert but just too full . The atmosphere was perfect and the lighting was reduced so felt comfortable for the evening dinning .

We had the lovely Sunday lunches. The perfect amount of food and tasted great. Would recommend the sticky toffee pudding also. The best one around!

Excellent as always, the staff are friendly and totally on the ball. Food is great and well served in a fab atmosphere

Absolutely great night food was tremendous jack our waiter was great looked after us all night thank you Alberts our birthday celebration meal was a success definitely coming back for more

Richard our serve was great. He was in training he was probably one the best serve I have had at alberts. Helpful and personable. Lovely food and drink.

Food was excellent and service was great. All staff very attentive and friendly, particularly the young Hungarian waiter (didn't get his name). Only complaint was that service at the bar was slow.

Professional service and staff. Great food, but very disappointed in expensive drinks. Wine with a dash of lemonade, it was utterly outrageous to charge what they charged for a dash of lemonade. I had a “Mocktail”, a ChaiTai, that just tasted of apple juice, and watery apple juice at that, there was so much ice in the glass. It felt a bit of a rip off to be honest. Thank fully the food was good, as was the service.
