Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

Food was gorgeous, we had the lunchtime 2 courses. Its a beautiful place, staff so friendly and helpful. I had added to the booking, it was my daughters birthday and Jake brought her a slice cake with a candle in. So very kind, will definitely go again. Thank you for making her day x

We come here every time we come to see our wedding venue and it's fantastic every single time. Fantastic food, atmosphere, decor and everything in between we have recommended to everyone because of how good it is!

WE simply return, time and time again. We love our Sunday roast and a great atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. Why would we choose anywhere else ? Today was extra special, because we have not been able to visit Alberts for a few weeks. Looking forward to Christmas specials.

Attended on a Saturday lunch time, could not fault the food however it was unbelievably busy and as such our waitress really pushed us through, felt quite rushed which is understandable but put a dampener on an otherwise first visit. Would definitely go again but try a less busy spot. Lovely place, the food was amazing and slightly expensive for regular visits.

The food and ambience were lovely. However , unfortunately we were made to feel quite unwelcome. After less than one hour of being at the table (when booking it stated we would have the table for two hours ) and despite the restaurant being at maximum 30% full with plenty of empty tables , we were asked to pay and exit the table. This made us feel quite awkward and really upset the tone.

Top quality food, crockery, surroundings, a lovely evening out. Took advantage of half price champagne on Fridays, 2 bottles, but sadly the discretionary tip was based on the full price. Otherwise excellent.

Gorgeous place with lovely atmosphere, especially in the evening. When lit up looks even more stunning. Lovely outdoor heated seating/dining area. Food lovely. Not a lot of choice on 2 course/3 course Specials menu but food lovely
