Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

We would rarely say “outstanding”, as that is a standard to be carefully considered. Today at Albert’s, we had the best moments. Having travelled 185 miles to meet daughter and granddaughter (who’d just played under 10’s football match - and scored!!) we felt totally relaxed, welcomed and well looked after. Excellent food, great service and no rush! Thank you for making our get together so perfect.

Lovely evening at Albert’s. Our first visit and we we really enjoyed it. The food was all delicious and the service excellent. The best we’ve ever had. We were celebrating my 72nd birthday so we’ve done a lot of dining out over the years. Mikea served us and he is a credit to the restaurant. The only negative was that it was a bit too noisy and my husband had difficulty hearing the conversation at the table. Next time we would ask to be seated somewhere further away from the bar & hopefully it would be a bit quieter.

Albert’s is absolutely fantastic. Had an amazing time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is always great.

First time visit. We'll definitely return. Food was delicious and good value on the lunchtime set menu. Our server Jack was fantastic. She was attentive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

First time visit for our 2 guests. They really enjoyed the experience and the service from our waitress Jaquie. Best lunch time meal in the area.
