Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

First time diners, very impressed. Beautiful setting, a birthday lunch. Surprised at how busy it was, glad we booked. Service was spot on, drinks came quickly, all the food was amazing, couldn’t fault anything. Enough time was left between courses, didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be eating here again.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. Both Harriet and Jack contributed well to the success of our evening. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure they did everything they could to make our evening such an enjoyable one. As always the food, drinks and atmosphere were great. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Beautiful food as always. The waitress seemed uninterested and rude at times. We had dirty cutlery that had to be changed. Not the normal standard of service.

Really lovely lunch from the lunch menu. Beautifully presented and good value. Let down only by the waitress who asked us if we wished dessert. She left menus but she did not come back to take our order. We tried to order but she did not notice us. Eventually we just gave up and decided to have coffee and dessert elsewhere rather than wait any longer. When my partner then decided not to pay the tip we told her why and she tried to pressurise us into then having a dessert. A shame because the rest of lunch had been thoroughly enjoyable.

First time we have eaten at Albert’s Standish and we really enjoyed our meal, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. The lunch menu was really good value for money.
