Our island is full of stories, none more inviting than the one told by the dish in front of you. Known for its modern take on Hawaiian comfort fare, Alaia embraces the community through its support of nearby Mauka Farms, telling their story through every plate, bite, and sip. Using unique, native produce such as apple bananas, Moloka'i sweet potatoes and tomatoes from Pele, a third generation farmer, our culinary team works in tune with the seasons. At Alaia we reap the bounty from the mauka to the makai, working with hand-selected fruits and vegetables from our farm to your table. We let the quality and simplicity of the ingredients speak for themselves. And we love what they have to say.

Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner in an intimate setting with your ohana at Alaia, the signature restaurant of The Ritz Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay. We invite you to spend time with the ones that matter most and celebrate with a delectable prix fixe menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own sustainable 468-acre farm, Kuilima Farm. Price per adult is $145 plus tax and gratuity. Children are $72 plus tax and gratuity. Parties of 6 or more will be charged a service charge of 19%. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions without 72-hour advanced notice.

This place has an amazing view! And the service was exceptional. Food was good but not something I can give 5 stars to. We ordered the tomahawk and it’s okay. It was cooked to our liking but missing that crust fro searing the steak. The mahi mahi was over cooked but the potatoes and bokchoy that came with it was absolutely good.

What a hidden gem! Booked this restaurant with no idea it was part of a Ritz Carlton. Beautiful, remote oceanside location allowed us to live the posh life for a fraction of the price. Go at sunset for an added bonus and amazing photos.

We had a great dinner at Alaia.. our server was terrific, the food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere and views just amazing.

Absolutely loved our incredible meal at Alaia! From the gorgeous ocean view, wonderful service, amazing food and attention to detail like beautiful water glasses, the whole meal was extra special. Highly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant and great service. Shoutout to Connor our server who showed genuine care and took the time to prepare a bday dessert with candle as well as a Mahi crudo sample to hold us over while waiting for our entrees. Also, big mahalo to Lornaliza assisting. She was so kind and really helped make the experience a great one.
