Showcasing the renowned wines of the iconic winemaker, Guillaume Fabre, we would love to welcome you to try our Rosé, our Pinot Noirs, our Sangiovese-based blends, our Syrah-based blends, our Cabernet Franc-based blends, and our Cabernet Sauvignon-based blends -- all highly rated. Our tasting room is conveniently located in Tin City on the south side of Paso Robles and within walking distance from many examples of outstanding wine, beer and cider! The winery features an inside tasting room and an exterior, pergola area for tastings. We look forward to welcoming you for a truly unique wine-tasting experience!

Join us for a tasting of four of our aged wines that showcase the amazing talent of winemaker Guillaume Fabre. Guests are treated to a special one-on-one hour to discuss the wines, the wine-making at Al Lago Wines, and the wineries of the Central Coast. Feel free to let us know if you'd like to sit inside or under the pergola outside. You are in for a very memorable tasting! ***Please note this tasting is located at our winery and tasting room in PASO ROBLES. Guests are advised to check the distance from their location before booking. ***

Wonderful tasting experience with the manager, Matthew! For our tasting, he suggested we head outdoors to enjoy the patio overlooking the hills, which was so scenic and quiet. The wine was wonderful and we had a few fun complimentary wines that were personalized to our own tastes. Matthew was very friendly and informative! Overall, it was one of our favorite places in Tin City! Definitely recommend.

I had a reservation for two on Saturday at 2:30 pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 2:40 pm. The tasting room was completely locked and no one was inside nor did they arrive while we were waiting. I prepaid $50 for the tastings. Prior to leaving the parking lot at the tasting room I called their phone number and explained the situation requesting a refund of the tasting fees. As of this writing (on Tuesday) I have yet to receive the refund and have not received a phone call or email updating me on what happened and what they are going to do. Not a good first impression!

Al Lago has amazing wines. They had lovely pizzas and salads brought in for this event. Perfect pairing with their blends.

Great out off the way wine tasting room. Host Jennifer was great taking care of the four of us,. Liked the way we got to compare the taste of successive wines rather than one at a time. Outstanding wines

Located in what they refer to as “Tin City”. Beautiful view, quiet atmosphere, great service. There are lots of other wineries around to visit before or after this one. This particular one does not serve food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This company is the flagship of wineries and businesses. A friend and I are on a once-in-a-lifetime road-trip celebrating almost 40 years of friendship. I am withholding detail so Al Lago won’t be pressured to offer the same service. Al Lago provided the most exceptional service on every facet - accommodation, information, wine, class and talent (people of Al Lago). If you have the opportunity to experience the 6 wine sensory tasting at Al Lago, you will be grateful for the experience. I will forever speak of our time at Al Lago.
