I flew from San Diego to DC for my best friend’s 55th Birthday party. The Air Restaurant/Bar exceeded my expectations. Everyone was happy, having a great time, and I felt safe. I commend management/owner for running an establishment this organized and fit for outstanding entertainment. I will return again during the holidays while visiting friends and family again in DC this December. Air is a great entertainment establishment that provides a diverse menu and the best safe entertainment during these times. Enjoy!

Went for dinner. We never got to even order due to the wait time between different waitresses coming to ask the same question of what we wanted to drink and we didn’t even receive enough water for all of us. The music was so loud that our ears were ringing. If you’re looking for a party dinner place then this is it but if you’re actually going for food, check out some other places on the street.

Service was awful. Our waitress was taking shots and was quite intoxicated. Never brought refills when asked and would always say I got you girl, but would never bring what was asked. She totally forgot about the dessert and Birthday request. We had to keep getting up to find another waitress to help us while ours was partying and taking shots with other customers. When I spoke to a manager about the problem he apologized and said he would handle it but we observed the waitress continue on with her behavior. When the food finally came out it was not hot at all. This place is definitely not worth the price.

I visited AIR for the first time celebrating my 49th birthday with friends and family. Overall we had a fantastic time! Maybe a little too much fun. The bottomless brunch and mimosas were great. I couldn't even eat all of the food. Although we had 2 hour maximum for the table, they actually let us stay much longer. We were literally seated by the DJ which was fun. I did feel bad that the service staff had to squeeze by our group just to get to the DJ. They were very gracious and kind about it though. My ONLY recommendation would be to have more than one person at the omelette and waffle bar. The line was very long and took about a good 30-45 minutes to get through, cutting into our table time, but being as though they didn't hassle us about the table it worked out. Eventually they moved us and our bottomless mimosas to a table downstairs in the middle of the party. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely consider hosting another event here.

The brunch was good & service was great but the upstairs floor was blocked off for a private party which was crazy becauss we can only stay downstairs. We paid $80 for brunch and wen we attended the day party they wanted another $40 which was high. The ambiance was nice and brunch aas good and drinks was good too...

my friends and i went for a three course meal and only received the entree when we paid full price. the food was mediocre, i could’ve cooked it at home. the shots where different sizes each round and the drinks where over priced. we waited forever for anything to come out and again we didn’t receive all of our food for the three course. personally i wont be going back and i wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

We were treated poorly! The young lady at the front was more into her phone than seating us. Seems like the regulars or her friends were pushed in front of us being seated so after waiting about 40mins we ended up leaving. This was my second time there, the first time was a completely different experience which is why we came back. However after this experience we will not be returning.

The service at Air was terrible. When we got there we were seated in the extra room to the right when you walk in where there's nothing going on and a very little tv to watch the fight. We did not have a waitress come to our table until about 40 minutes later so we had to get up and get our own drinks from the bar, which them prompted someone else to sit at our table and they told us the waitress sat them there. We did not get food until an hour after ordering which is now 2 hours into the time we arrived. We asked our waitress to get the hookah lady and that never happened as well. We had to do everything ourselves. After the fight was over they found us a table for 8 outside at the normal venue space and we had no waitress yet again. Had to get another set of drinks from the bar. Bartenders were not personable, but acting very nonchalant. It was the worst experience we had at a venue. I am still baffled and will not visit air for any reason and will not recommend to anyone that i know. They charge too much money to have service like this.
