Rude staff. No service at our table. Took an hour to even get a drink brought to us at brunch. Unlimited but waitress would come to our table so we could get refills. Major attitude from the staff when we addressed the issues. One person in my party was never even offered her food at brunch so she sat there hungry, watching us eat. Food was just ok. Had a table at the day party and the same waitress from brunch who NEVER came to our table once because she was mad we had complaints during brunch. We paid for a party package that automatically charges service fees, but we had to get up and go get our own drinks. Service fees with no service???? Would not recommend anyone patronizing this place. We should’ve believed the reviews.

Music was a little too loud (could be lowered) but loved the brunch. Good food, music and service

The music was Extremely loud. The party goers were Extremely loud and wild. Many people hanging out in front in being Extremely rude and intimidating. Alot of hookah smoking, this was not a great experience

The wait for food was over 2 hours and the waitress was very unorganized. The only compliment of my visit was the music and vibes.

The ambiance and staff was pleasant. I wish the band was performing during dinner hours. The FOOD WAS AMAZING (a little pricey, but I think it’s average for DC)

This was my first experience there… The atmosphere was so amazing, the entry of the staff, and my server was very accommodating, nice and overall amazing… as for the food, they could make plates according to what you want to not have so much food waste…

They were apparently short staffed but it took a long time to get our server. The food was not that good and I barely ate it. The steak was tough and gritty. I mainly had the omelette and waffle and the omelette made me sick. The music was cool but deff the same music was in rotation. Hookah was cool but charging for new coals and requiring a refill was a turn off when our flavor wasn’t done. I ain’t return but I’m glad I experienced for myself.

Air is a great vibe for brunch if your looking for a turn up spot . The food is really good but comes out slow.

Overall my experience was great ! The food and music was perfect for the setting. The service was okay , but I understand it was a pretty busy day.

Thank you Air for the most amazing birthday for my Goddaughter. Our server Amber and the hostess Princess made the occasion so memorable. Everyone enjoyed theirselves and we will definitely come back in the future. This was the night time brunch. Although our salad was forgotten Amber made sure we had our desserts to go. A little pricey but it’s DC so I felt like it was the going rate of a good City Club/Lounge. Ambiance was lit. We all had a great time. The security men outside were prefect and accommodating.
