Air is my favorite of all time. I may be alittle bias. Lol. I always enjoy myself. The vibe, food, service and food is great. Lastnight our waitress was not the greatest but nonetheless I enjoyed myself. ❤️

Went for brunch and it was terrible Mimosas are premixed and mostly juice We waited over an hour to be served our elevated appetizer plate and it was all trash Will never go back Nothing about this was place was worth the $72 charge that they make you pay up front.

The brunch is not worth going to. It was very overpriced for the value. I understand the concept, but the food is pre-portioned and cold upon arrival. The steak was over cooked and dry, also the unlimited mimosas have barely any champagne and a lot of juice. The vibe and live DJ are amazing, but the food completely missed the mark.

The waitress explained that it was policy to hold the credit card for the duration of our visit. We decided not to order dinner for this reason

The Service was terrible. Arriving on time for our reservation, the hostess took our information and walked away, 5 minutes later she was surrounding a table for a birthday celebration. She never returned to help us and completely ignored the fact that we were still standing at the hostess stand. Someone came from upstairs and finally took us to a table that we sat at for 15 minutes before someone came over to take our order. Mind you, we had to go to the hostess stand twice to ask if anyone was coming. During this time my partner went to the bar to order drinks and the bartender was very rude and it seemed like we were the problem for asking and paying for drinks. I will not be returning. It's not worth it.

I’ve been to Air several times and this was not a pleasant experience. We were seated on the patio and people are allowed to smoke cigarettes and weed out there. My friends and I are not smokers. They should ask that before seating guest out there. It took a long time to get our food which is not fair considering you have a 2 hour limit on your table. It’s almost like you are out of site out of mind on the patio. When we left we smelled like smoke.

My bff turned 60 and she is a turn up kinda girl so Air gave her that the food was amazing n our waitress Tracie was amazing!!!! We are truly coming again

Overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend and go back. Food was good and the DJ was bringing the vibes.

I bought my daughter to air to celebrate her birthday. Our waitress was KEe-KEE! She was wonderful! Even as it got busier she never neglected us, made sure we stayed with mimosas, bought the shots quickly and was a lot of fun! I’ll continue to come back because the food and service is top tier! S/O to Kee Kee 🫶🏾 the group who moved to the back area
