Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. The flour used to make the dough is finely ground imported Italian flour and everything is cooked in an extremely hot wood burning stone oven for no more than ninety seconds.Ah'Pizz menu contains all kinds of classic Italian recipes. There is the traditional marinara made without cheese, the margherita, the salsiccia made with crumbled Italian sausage and the house specialty Uovo made with crisp prosciutto, imported burrata cheese and a roasted egg over a white sauce.

Our neapolitan-style pizza cooks fast! Our neapolitan pizza is made with dough using only extra-fine italian wheat flour, natural neapolitan yeast, sea salt and water. Lanie was awesome. The zucchini flowers stuffed with figs and goat cheese were AMAZING!!!! We will be back!

Ordered the Gigi salad and artichoke and olive white pie. The Gigi salad was really fresh—not over dressed and they did not hold back on the fruit. It was yummy. And the service was so friendly and attentive. Will be back!

Went here before a concert at the Wellmont Theatre and it was perfect! I only wish it had a bar :)

The only issue was the noise level. Which was due to the restaurant being busy, which is a good thing for them. Our server was awesome.

Food was very good. Table was very small, barely room for the food at a table for two. Place very noisy, so hard to have much of a conversation without being loud enough for everyone to hear. All in all, its a good place for casual eats, just ot for leisurely dining!
