Agua Viva is one of the flagship restaurants in Chef José Andrés’s collection at Conrad Los Angeles. At this chic rooftop restaurant, Chef Andrés effortlessly weaves vibrant Asian flavors with Latin American influences, all while paying homage to his home country of Spain.

Our menu features diverse global flavors that reflect the true melting pot of LA. Designed to be shared, our dishes are as eye-catching as they are vibrant, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. As you decompress in our breezy dining room, enjoy sparkling platters of oysters; a bright, refreshing Young Coconut Ceviche studded with avocado and mango; Chef Andrés’s iconic Txule Burger, made with dry-aged ribeye; and whole fried sea bream, with fresh herbs and mojo verde.

Located within Conrad Los Angeles, a part of the stunning Frank Gehry-designed The Grand LA, Agua Viva features a promenade, bar area, and upper and lower dining rooms with terrace views of the mountains.

Amazing location and views. Good service and good food. Low noise so it was easy to talk among our 7 person round table. Pricey, but worth the splurge. We will return in the future.

Beautiful restaurant. The food was good, not amazing, but the service, ambiance, and views were. In a side note I wish the restaurant was open a little longer. We had 9:30pm reservations for 6 and food service ended at 10pm. Felt a little rushed.

A hidden gem!! Took me too long to figure out exactly where the restaurant was (the rooftop of the Conrad) but absolutely worth the trouble. The decor and ambience are lovely, the staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. Went for lunch now I can’t wait to check out brunch and dinner here, highly recommend!

Our dinner was delicious. The views were incredible. The ambience and restaurant were perfect. Even the blue water glasses made me so happy. It was a beautiful evening.

Spectacular city views, soft lighting, generous spacing of tables made for delightful dining. Smoky Paloma cocktail, Peruvian scallops, spicy scallops, make your own roll and pineapple dessert were declared best of the evening. Sadly, we understood its closing soon
