Agnes Restaurant and Cheesery is a neighborhood oasis that showcases live-fire cooking with seasonal ingredients behind an adorable cheese shop that offers unique and thoughtfully curated artisan cheeses and renowned provisions.

With our spaces for large parties, an open kitchen, darling outdoor patio, and a beautiful marketplace, Agnes offers many opportunities for celebrating a wide variety of occasions.

The holidays are a wonderful time to discover Agnes with the Cheesery offering several stunning products worth sharing with all of your friends and family. From large format cheese, meat and crudité platters, tinned fish, delicious gifts, freshly baked treats, to our decadent Sides & Pies holiday offerings. We allow 2.5 hours time limit for large parties, extra time fee is $100 per every 30 minutes thereafter.

Agnes is super fun, high quality inventive food. The menu plays on very familiar things done in unique and unexpected ways. The staff js always great. The drinks are also creative. While some items may not be your flavor or taste the quality and presentstion is undeniably first rate. I have been multiple times and will be going back. We had a small issue on cooking temp and they handled it very professionally. The front of the restaurant doubles as a market. The place is super cute. Hats off to the dessert chef...we had the apple pie churro....AMAZING!! Hands down one of the best desserts I have had. The root beer float was fun and delicious. Btw...the church was recommended by the staff. On price...I would say just a tad high...but not out of line with the dinning experience. Thank you for a wondeful evening.

We enjoyed a lovely brunch and baby shower on the patio at Agnes. The long table for 14 guests was perfect for the family style service of the four course meal. The food was delicious and service was flawless. As the person hosting the event, I was totally able to relax and enjoy the festivities. Everyone who was unfamiliar with Agnes remarked they were definitely returning soon. The staff assisted in printing special menus for our group and we were able to bring in small decorations to adorn the table. Thanks Agnes!

We went to Agnes last weekend for my birthday - it was one of the best birthday dining experiences of my life! The staff was so sweet and attentive. The food was perfection. We can't wait to go back. 10/10 recommend.

Agnes is beautiful. The space is comfortable, cozy and thoughtfully appointed (bag hooks everywhere!). The menu has plenty of options but isn’t long/overwhelming. We ordered a cheese plate, lamb pasta (greasy), potato dumplings (incredible), a salad (delicious; smoky and zippy with a big mustard vinaigrette) and banana pudding (bland, not very banana-y). Service is unobtrusive, efficient and a little aloof, like your cool younger cousin who hasn’t rolled their eyes at you yet and is a little happier to see you leave. I’ll be back for the Cheesery to try more snacks and sandwiches.

A cool spot. Good service, good food, good ambiance. Hip and happening. We liked everything to be honest but I was a bit disappointed when I found out (after it had been served) that the Fried Chicken was really just a fried chicken cutlet with a white wine, lemon, butter sauce with capers. That’s not Fried Chicken (well technically it is, but…).

Always innovative, exceptionally tasty fod that makes one look forward to eating again soon. Brunch crowd in early PM young and noisy but pleasant.

We had a family wedding in Pasadena and I was looking for a restaurant to accommodate 8 of us for dinner on a Friday night. Agnes had openings. We were all very impressed with the setting and atmosphere, the menu and the service! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated, The wine list was wonderfully curated and Zaituna made fabulous recommendations! The staff generously allowed our family to open a box of Mallomars (to celebrate a family member) and we shared a few too. Thanks for a great evening!
