Welcome to the first step in your cheese education! In this class, you'll taste your way through a thoughtful mix of cheese styles, milk types and pairings. You will learn best practices on buying and storing cheese, what makes it so delicious and how to create beautiful pairings of your own. The knowledge and tasting skills you'll gain in class will enhance your appreciation of cheese for the rest of your life. Add on the Wine Package and you'll enjoy wines alongside your flights of cheese during class. Time: 6pm - 8pm *This experience is non-refundable.
