   The food was great and the service was spectacular the even made some accommodations for my party that I really appreciate. Thank you for making our experience a great one.

   Crazy and chaotic for Valentine’s Day dinner. Usually much calmer there. Will try it again on a non-holiday.

   The service was not good the servers were all over the place the food was definitely not worth the price absolutely no seasoning. Our table was in a super cramped up spot . The only thing good from the place was the ambience

   The service was horrible. The food wasn’t bad. The prices were outrageous and for them to mess up my bill 3 times was outrageous. I overpaid but with that type of service I will never return. Too many places near by to rip off your customers.

   Menu has been cut in half, recipes for existing items have been switched and not for the better, asks how you want your salmon cooked (medium rare? It’s salmon, the chef should know how to cook it), place was practically empty but we had the slowest waitress ever who snatched the bread basket with bread still in it out of nowhere before our appetizers appeared…had an attitude when I asked for it back!

   Have been to Aged several times in the past, and the food/service has always been decent. However, our most recent visit on New Years Eve was disappointing. The food was good; however, the service was abysmal. Having to ask 3x for water refills, waiting nearly 30 minutes just for our drinks to get delivered, not being offered a dessert menu, and having to repeatedly ask for the check - and then find that a 20% gratuity was automatically applied, which I would have been fine with if the service was worth it - ended the evening on a sour note. We live nearby and have enjoyed coming here in the past; however, after this most recent experience, we are not anxious to return.

    Such a shame that we were so disappointed in our dining experience! firstly not all the items were availablle. Our second choice of steak was well prepared just surprised to find a little plastic container of ketchup on the same plate. The service was very poor! The Manager seemed to be running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Was he one of the owners? we had no idea but it was so obvious that this little gem, in a perfect location, needs some serious training! No definite stations, just the staff running from table to table - and that’s only when you caught the eye for someone to serve us. We didn’t mind paying for the steaks, but the exorbitant prices for the sides were ridiculous and then the cherry on the cake was the 20% gratuity automatically charged for a table of two! My son and I love eating out and trying new places in and around the city. And as a retired food service provider from South Africa, I was not a happy chappy! Cudos to your chef, but please pay some serious attention to training your front of house!
