If I could rate them a zero I would. Rude wait staff, walked by our table numerous times, ignoring us for over 20 minutes. They did not stop by to even bring us water. The restaurant was busy but not anywhere near full capacity. After over 20 minutes of waiting, we walked out and had dinner next door at Taza where we had a very good experience. At Taza, a waiter walked over to get us drinks and start our order because the waiter assigned to our table was busy. Now that’s service! I would never go to this restaurant again.

Wouldn’t know how it was as we never got seated nor got any service. We had 6pm reservations; we checked in about 10 minutes early at hostess stand & were told we’d receive a text when our table was ready. We waited at the bar for approximately 20-30 minutes….the one bartender left at 6pm & then there was no bartenders. So we never got a drink & never received a text stating table was ready….all night! They were clearly understaffed. There were dishes all over the place on empty tables & the bar.

Arrived for our reservation and there was never a table for us. We are still waiting for the text. Kitchen was way backed up people were waiting an hour for a simple order. Unorganized, cheap margaritas and a little unsanitary. Such a shame because we were excited to try this. We will not go back!

Had a reservation but had to wait. Left before getting our table & went elsewhere. Place was chaotic! Very disappointed!!!

The food and waitress were great…once we actually got seated and got food. We were in town for the Billy Joel/Rod Stewart concert same night as Nikki Minaj and a Guardians so busy night for city. We had made 5 PM reservations back in July to allow for 2 hrs before concert. Showed up a line out the door, terrible hostess and no plan to get people seated. Finally got seated for our 5 PM reservation at 5:30 and that was only after asking multiple times what the process was for getting seated and how far behind they were running, neither question the hostess could answer. Once we were finally seated we ordered drinks and food all at once to ensure we could still get out in time for show. Food and drinks were slow to arrive but waitress was very nice and food was good and prices were good for downtown CLE. Willing to try one more time when not so busy, but should have been better prepared to handle large crowds for big night for the city.

Well i couldnt tell you about the food, because we never got to eat or have a drink. Has a 4:30 reservation. None of their servers showed up, so we left. Finally got an alert at 5:07 that our table was ready. Disaster, as we had an event we were trying to eat before

Not prepared for a large crowd. Reservation was for 415 pm; finally got seated at 515 but only after checking with hostess.

We had a reservation set for around 4:15 — I called to let the restaurant know we’d be about 15 minutes late which they were completely understanding of. Once we arrived, they said they were backed up. Those with reservations at 4:45 were getting seated before us, we asked several times and they just kept saying “you’ll get a text.” Luckily spots opened at the bar so we grabbed those. Just disappointing

Hostess was extremely rude when we arrived for our 4:00 reservation we were told it would be at least and hour before we could be sat. There was only one bartender for the entire pace so waiting there and having a drink wasn't an option. We told here we were not waiting an hour then still kept getting text messages that are table was ready an hour later.
