Food menu was horrible. The waitress Jasmine was not knowledgeable of the menu and prices. Got charged a merchant fee and the manager couldn't explain what it was for especially when I paid cash and did not use a debit or charge card. The food didn't taste good at all. I will never go back there.

Our server was incredibly kind, gave the best recommendations and really tended to our needs. The guy was a freaking king!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Rude wait staff, walked by our table numerous times, ignoring us for over 20 minutes. They did not stop by to even bring us water. The restaurant was busy but not anywhere near full capacity. After over 20 minutes of waiting, we walked out and had dinner next door at Taza where we had a very good experience. At Taza, a waiter walked over to get us drinks and start our order because the waiter assigned to our table was busy. Now that’s service! I would never go to this restaurant again.

Wouldn’t know how it was as we never got seated nor got any service. We had 6pm reservations; we checked in about 10 minutes early at hostess stand & were told we’d receive a text when our table was ready. We waited at the bar for approximately 20-30 minutes….the one bartender left at 6pm & then there was no bartenders. So we never got a drink & never received a text stating table was ready….all night! They were clearly understaffed. There were dishes all over the place on empty tables & the bar.

Arrived for our reservation and there was never a table for us. We are still waiting for the text. Kitchen was way backed up people were waiting an hour for a simple order. Unorganized, cheap margaritas and a little unsanitary. Such a shame because we were excited to try this. We will not go back!

Had a reservation but had to wait. Left before getting our table & went elsewhere. Place was chaotic! Very disappointed!!!

The food and waitress were great…once we actually got seated and got food. We were in town for the Billy Joel/Rod Stewart concert same night as Nikki Minaj and a Guardians so busy night for city. We had made 5 PM reservations back in July to allow for 2 hrs before concert. Showed up a line out the door, terrible hostess and no plan to get people seated. Finally got seated for our 5 PM reservation at 5:30 and that was only after asking multiple times what the process was for getting seated and how far behind they were running, neither question the hostess could answer. Once we were finally seated we ordered drinks and food all at once to ensure we could still get out in time for show. Food and drinks were slow to arrive but waitress was very nice and food was good and prices were good for downtown CLE. Willing to try one more time when not so busy, but should have been better prepared to handle large crowds for big night for the city.

We made a reservation and they never even acknowledged us. No one ever sat us at a table or came to take our order. We went to the bar to eat, and the bartender walked out, and there was no one to even serve us there either. There was no service at all & no food coming out of the kitchen and it was 5 PM on a Friday night peak time. it looks like a fabulous, cute place. Probably very poor management.

Well i couldnt tell you about the food, because we never got to eat or have a drink. Has a 4:30 reservation. None of their servers showed up, so we left. Finally got an alert at 5:07 that our table was ready. Disaster, as we had an event we were trying to eat before
