This food is incredible. You might argue the portions are not as large as they could be. Fair. But, you will never taste things quite like this before, yet still have familiar ingredients. Everything is freshly sourced, plates are highly creative, and the focus on texture is only secondary to tastes you never thought would work in that form. Noise level is perfect for talking to your partner, and the music is a non-stop loop of chilled out versions of your favorite covers. AG Inspired Cuisine is the top restaurant in Niagara Falls for those looking for a culinary experience you can't get anywhere else. Spend the day on a wine tour, finish it with AG. You will leave Niagara elated and mesmerized. Remember the menu changes seasonally, so be sure to come back for more magic in the winter and spring if possible.

Everything was absolutely delicious and our server took perfect care of us! The music fit the scene perfectly and this is a perfect spot for a romantic or celebratory event. The food and cocktails were exceptional!
