This was a lovely experience and definitely worth the money. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be back!

My first Afternoon Tea, the Vegan Menu. Swaps are possible if you dislike any of the components. Unlimited tasty tea with many options. Sandwiches were amazing. Scones were very very sugary and some were in the oven too long (hard). Carrot cake was a heavy, spiced cake. Petit fours and the Shard cake were great. Staff was friendly but seemed stressed/in a hurry. Environment was pretty but quite loud (music, guests, kitchen). Overall nice experience. Do not underestimate how much food it actually is.

Lovely view over Tower Bridge. Service was generally good but we waited 40 minutes for milk for Tea. Feels a little dated. But overall good experience.

As visitors to London, the afternoon tea service was a fun break from sightseeing. Beautiful views of the city, delicious food, and great service.

the weather was unfortunately not the most agreeable, but I enjoyed the magnificent view from the Shard, and an ample set of their afternoon tea! I was too full to finish all the foods, but they graciously offered me some more champgne for a small inconvenience which had happened during my stay. i definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an afternoon tea experience with a great view in London！

The food, the service, the venue, all perfect! My only complaint is the dinning area where we were seated had really weird lounge chairs that definitely aren’t suitable for dinning.

The service is excellent, the staff is very professional. A beautiful view of all of London. It is a place I recommend to everyone.
