Incredible service outstanding views and the life music was a great touch. Be prepared to spend $$$.

Poor service. Reservation at 12:30. Sited right away. Took 20 minutes to take our order. Another 15 to serve. The restaurant was less than 1/2 full. The food quality was average in taste, presentation and quality. Pros: awesome views if you get the window seats. There are definitely better afternoon teas in London. Skip this one.

The food was really nice and tasty, however the sandwiches had a dry outer as they had been left standing too long. The day was spoilt by the lack of attention, having to wait over 30 mins for a table to be ready when there were several already empty. When we did get a table a further 20 mins before getting a drink. For a venue with a reputation as theirs it was very disappointing.

Been charged twice . While we were eating they started hoover cleaning , because of the noise we left everything

Excellent service by Hilga. She’s very passionate about teas and knows how to pair different foods with teas. She’s so fun and very engaging. She made this experience very enjoyable

Extremely slow service. Sat around for 15 minutes before I had to flag down a waiter just for water. Finally got our afternoon tea order in at 20 minutes. Food was subpar and the tea was just okay. View is great since its on the 35th floor. Do not go expecting good food. Go for the view. But it really isnt a $200 view.... many regrets
