Treat yourself to a scrumptious homemade Afternoon Tea, enjoy our wonderful surroundings and soak up the ambience (and perhaps some sunshine). This traditional English occasion is the ideal way to entertain close friends, relatives or colleagues.

Enjoy a selection of freshly made finger sandwiches, homemade baked scones with clotted cream and homemade jam, a range of delicate pastries and your choice of tea from our Ahmad Tea selection or freshly brewed coffee.

We offer an unforgettable afternoon in the beautiful and relaxing setting of our Edwardian Manor House or overlooking our landscaped grounds and the conservation area beyond.

To ensure compliance with Covid-19 Tier 2 restrictions, it is currently only possible to book Afternoon Tea for two guests via our website. If your booking is for more guests please call us to book.

Nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. Tea topped up without having to ask. Excellent value for money and a nice start to a Sunday afternoon before going to the Mayflower seeing Behind the Magic

Was a great experience and relax atmosphere where I enjoyed the overall experience. The food was of great, very filling for what it is. Very surprisingly tasty too.

We had a lovely time,but unfortunately both myself and my Daughter were very poorly that evening sickness etc.. we have been poorly for a few days,not nice I'm sorry to say.

Service was exceptional; with the teapot being filled regularly as to not over brew, food coming out timely and general questions answered instantly. We were very impressed and will be back. Only slightly downgraded the food rating as the tuna sandwich was very dry. Everything else was perfect (with clotted cream and jam refills a-plenty!).

We were seated promptly in a nice spot. Food arrived in a timely manner. Staff didn’t come back to check everything was ok but as it was we didn’t need anything more. The cakes were delicious - we had to bring some home as we couldn’t eat it all. Highly recommend.

The afternoon tea was an extra gift for Christmas for my Son and his fiancée. They both had a lovely time and said it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious

Went for afternoon tea for mums 60th birthday, seevice fantastic, food perfect, brought out a happy birthday boats with piped chocolate happy 60th birthday with some strawberries and brownies, was a lovely surprise, highly recommend and will be booking again

The room was beautifully decorated and staff very attentive Food of good quality but would suggest more sandwiches and bigger teapots although I was offered as many refills as I needed
