Unfortunately car park spaces cannot be booked in advance, they are available on a first come first served basis with valet parking. The service was exceptional. Staff could not do enough and were so attentive. The afternoon tea was beautiful as were the surroundings

One of our favourite afternoon tea places. The setting is perfect with the Palm trees and piano playing. The afternoon tea is delicious with a top up of sandwiches but always leave space for the sweet treats! The scones are so light and fluffy along with the variet of decadent pastries. It is a real treat!

The experience it’s self was great till the end! The food was very nice and the tea was great. The issue I had was at the end, when asking to remove the service charge which is optional I got asked if I was going to give them cash instead for the service. Service charge is optional and not something that should be forced on customers in which has then ruined my whole experience. I was then felt like I was forced to tip the waiters with cash which I completely refused In which I was told that my reason for taking the service charge off is not good enough. I don’t have to provide a reason as this is optional and forcing customers to then give a tip is not acceptable. The service till that moment was great but the lasting impression was not and has put me off from returning. I then informed them to speak with management in which the matter was resolved I should not have had to go through this when going for a luxury afternoon tea with the waiters effectively pestering for a tip, when this is a 5 star hotel but then did not reflect this. I know opinions are devised on the removal of service charges but this should not be forced upon anyone When leaving we also were blanked and not acknowledged which appears to be in retaliation to not paying the service charge This is a true shame as it was great till the end

Outstanding! From start to finish. Service, quality, and ambiance! Everything was delicious and fantastic. Would recommend to ANYONE looking to enjoy a time-honored tradition of a wonderful afternoon tea service. Thank you!

Overall experience for the afternoon tea at landmark was lovely. However, the only area of improvement could have been the service level. Often we were waiting around and looking for a waiter. It seemed like they were short staffed yesterday with only a handful of waiters serving all of the tables. Aside from this the food was lovely and so was the ambiance.
