I was a bit concerned when I first entered… However, the staff quelled any fears or concerns immediately with excellent service and knowledge. Puce(sp), went above and beyond. Changing room temp for guests, bring us special teas, and making sure all of our dietary concerns were taken care of… most notably mine which rare and difficult. Price was well below most. Great tea. Awesome atmosphere. Just lovely. Do not miss this gem. P.s. if you are a fan of the Inn at Little Washington…. Lemon curd is amazing rival’s the inn’ curd and…. They also have similar boxes. IYKYK

Be careful scheduling with open table - they had a hard time recognizing it!!! Otherwise it was great!

We didn’t eat here because when we got there they had no record of our reservation so they had no room for us in the main dining room. They offered to seat us in an outside garden but it was damp and cold and we chose not to stay.

Tea was perfect. I was not looking for an elaborate touristy tea, but somewhere I might go if I lived in London. This was perfect. The room was elegant but not fussy, with a fireplace and large window. Service was prompt and attentive, food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our first afternoon tea in London, and it was fabulous! We upgraded to the Prosecco tea experience and had a wonderful private date in the parlor. Would definitely book again for afternoon tea!
