The Fancy Fox Patisserie is a beautiful tea room and cake boutique in Broadway West, Leigh-on-sea serving delicious seasonal Afternoon tea, Artisan cakes, Speciality coffee and various other sweet and savoury delights.
We serve lunch Daily. This includes a variety of sandwiches, baguettes and home made quiche. Lunch is served on a walk in basis so pop along and enjoy.
Vegan, gluten free and dairy free afternoon tea is available. (Please note any Dietary requirements and preferences including if a Child afternoon tea is required must be written in your visit notes when booking and a minimum of 24hrs before your visit.)

Fancy A tipple don't worry we've got you covered from tea infused gins to sparkling champagne chilled to perfection there's something for everyone at The Fancy Fox. With our beautiful flower installations it's the perfect place to chill and chat with a glass of wine.

Visited on Saturday 6th July 24 as a treat for my Mum. Lovely decor and good feel inside, service top notch and sarnie and cakes on point. I would definitely recommend for anyone considering going and wanting that afternoon tea experience, Kevin.

absolutely lovely environment to enjoy a quiet afternoon tea. a great range of savouries, sandwiches and desserts were provided and made us full with extra to spare to take home. if any change could be made i would say more savoury options, as they were lovely and my parties’ favourite of the whole experience.

We always have a wonderful time at Fancy Fox, whatever the occasion. This was my daughter’s hen do and it was fantastic. The food was amazing as always and the staff are all so kind and attentive. Thank you!

So glad they were able to accept our booking with less than 24 hours notice. What a lovely restaurant so pretty the perfect place for afternoon tea. We also had a pram with us and this was not a problem we were put at a table with plenty of space around us. The food was excellent the choice of savoury & sweet & warm scones were exceptional. Totally recommend and will be going back for sure!

Loverly place for afternoon tea , I took my granddaughter for a birthday treat . Services the service was very good ,decorated really nice ,had a nice warm feel . The food was all homemade and of a very high standard .

My family members and I enjoyed it very much. Staff were friendly & efficient. Loved the decor. Food was of a high standard, I will recommend to my friends.

Lovely afternoon tea, food was outstanding and presented very well. Service was outstanding and we felt very spoilt throughout our stay. Very good value for money and surroundings were exquisite 😊x

A lovely little place. The ladies were very friendly and looked after us. Took a photo for us too! Lovely food, were given a box for our leftovers to take home. Will definitely be going back.
