The Fancy Fox Patisserie is a beautiful tea room and cake boutique in Broadway West, Leigh-on-sea serving delicious seasonal Afternoon tea, Artisan cakes, Speciality coffee and various other sweet and savoury delights.
We serve lunch Daily. This includes a variety of sandwiches, baguettes and home made quiche. Lunch is served on a walk in basis so pop along and enjoy.
Vegan, gluten free and dairy free afternoon tea is available. (Please note any Dietary requirements and preferences including if a Child afternoon tea is required must be written in your visit notes when booking and a minimum of 24hrs before your visit.)

Fancy A tipple don't worry we've got you covered from tea infused gins to sparkling champagne chilled to perfection there's something for everyone at The Fancy Fox. With our beautiful flower installations it's the perfect place to chill and chat with a glass of wine.

The overall experience was lovely, my friend was delighted to have been treated to afternoon tea. The food and service was excellent. Slightly disappointed that when I booked I was asked if this was a special occasion, which it was. There was no mention of the occasion on arrival - a Happy Birthday somewhere would have been nice.

The afternoon was amazing! Went for my mums birthday. The food was lovely and filling. The decor of the tea room was beautiful, autumn themed. Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best afternoon teas outside of London, we weren’t rushed (as it was my mums birthday) and the sandwich/cake detail was beautiful and delicious

This was the most incredible afternoon tea. The egg mayonnaise was to die for! The scones were warm and the cake selection in the autumn theme was the perfect balance of flavours. Lives the savoury elements including the sausage roll with chutney and smoked salmon brioche. Service was fantastic and a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our cream tea, the autumn menu was delicious and the place and staff Devine. We’re booking to go back again for the Winter menu.

This restaurant had a very nice atmosphere, with floral decor and calming vibes. The seating was very nice, soft comfortable sofas. The choice of teas was delightful, many options, coffee available too. The food came out very swiftly, well presented with a waitress who knew exactly what was on the plates. I look forward to going back for their 'geneal menu'

Visited on Saturday 6th July 24 as a treat for my Mum. Lovely decor and good feel inside, service top notch and sarnie and cakes on point. I would definitely recommend for anyone considering going and wanting that afternoon tea experience, Kevin.

absolutely lovely environment to enjoy a quiet afternoon tea. a great range of savouries, sandwiches and desserts were provided and made us full with extra to spare to take home. if any change could be made i would say more savoury options, as they were lovely and my parties’ favourite of the whole experience.
