The Fancy Fox Patisserie is a beautiful tea room and cake boutique in Broadway West, Leigh-on-sea serving delicious seasonal Afternoon tea, Artisan cakes, Speciality coffee and various other sweet and savoury delights.
We serve lunch Daily. This includes a variety of sandwiches, baguettes and home made quiche. Lunch is served on a walk in basis so pop along and enjoy.
Vegan, gluten free and dairy free afternoon tea is available. (Please note any Dietary requirements and preferences including if a Child afternoon tea is required must be written in your visit notes when booking and a minimum of 24hrs before your visit.)

Fancy A tipple don't worry we've got you covered from tea infused gins to sparkling champagne chilled to perfection there's something for everyone at The Fancy Fox. With our beautiful flower installations it's the perfect place to chill and chat with a glass of wine.

This is the second year running that my friend and I have been to the Fancy Fox for our Christmas afternoon tea. The venue is beautiful and is especially magical at Christmas. The food is absolutely fantastic and they were brilliant at catering for vegetarians/food allergies. The service can't be faulted and I would say that overall it is great value for money. Infact, there was so much food that we both had to take home leftovers.

My friend and I had such a lovely afternoon tea at the fancy fox, the restaurant is really beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere, and our food was amazing! You can tell it’s all home made, and my friend had some allergy’s which were catered for with no problem and she said it was the best she’s had! Thank you, will definitely be back!

I have visited this venue many times and have always had great experiences. This time I met with friends for our Christmas gathering and we had a lovely time. The food was delicious with a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. The atmosphere and service very good. My only complaint would be that we didn’t have as much time together as we would have liked due to them closing. My booking was made for 2.30pm and they closed at 4.30. If I were to return I would make an earlier booking to have more time.

We had another delightful Afternoon Tea at The Fancy Fox Patisserie. I can't wait for our annual Christmas Afternoon Tea to enjoy quality time with my daughter and mum. 🎄💚 The food, ambiance, and service are always exceptional, and I'm excited to make our next reservation. Thank you! 💚

We had the most wonderful feative afternoon tea at the Fancy Fox, The decor is just beautiful and all the food is delicious. We have been to many afternoon teas and have to say this is a firm favourite. We we're very impressed with the Gluten free option my friend had. It was delicious and catered for perfectly as always. The service is also fantastic. The staff are so attentive and can't do enough for you. This is our second afternoon tea at the Fancy Fox and won't be our last. We also love the breakfast, it's delish 😋

What an experience! better than a famous London hotel one we went to recently. You can tell everything is homemade and is delicious. The venue itself is really classic and beautifully festive. The staff could not do enough for us!! Will deffo be back!
