Excellent service by Gaurav. The savoury dishes were very tasty, however the sweet dishes need improvement. An option to have a different flavoured lassi would be nice too as rose syrup is not to everyone's liking. Overall an enjoyable afternoon.

Really good food however service was really lacking. Had to ask for basics that should have been placed on table (cutlery, sugar for tea) and ask for refills of tea (for a high chai experience). When service changed half way, the waitress we then had was more attentive however service was overall inconsistent.

We could not find fought with anything , the service was excellent and the food was amazing and we were asked if we had, had enough and if we wanted more of anything. Highly recommend.

Quality of food was excellent All food is freshly prepared and served hot Flexible on drinks options for the afternoon tea Staff very polite and helpful This is definitely a gem that everyone needs to visit.

Not worth the £110 for high chai @thelalit. Very small portions and limited selection. Will not recommend.

Afternoon chai was overall fine but way overpriced. Chai and food was good. The service was attentive. But at over £100 for two people it was very poor value. We had a nice time but won’t go back due to the price. The idea is that you can have unlimited top ups of the food. But that isn’t really necessary as we were full after just what was brought out. The price needs to reflect that not many people will keep asking for more food.

Overpriced for a few bits of street food that you can get from any local Indian restaurant. Found hair baked into samosa- alerted waiter and he showed the manager while they both laughed. Charged £100 for 2 of us (no drinks ordered) and gave us £15 off for the hair issue despite this ruining the whole experience. No manager apology or any other gesture to address problem. Overrated place - not worth prices at all. Disappointing

Good location and place. We visited for Chai at Baluchi. Good hospitality offered by staff. Food items tasty, although bit pricy.
