We had afternoon tea, which was very good but spoiled by the poor quality of the setting. We were seated in the lounge area where a business meeting was being held, no complaints about that, but the whole area lacked appeal. It would be better if an area could be sectioned off for afternoon tea as we were not the only ones to be partaking. The table should have had a tablecloth spread over it, it would have looked so much nicer and made the experience more special and enjoyable. The afternoon tea itself was very good but I am afraid that the lack of "ambience"rather took the shine off.
