Enjoy our Centennial Edition tea blend designed for the 100th Anniversary, infused with premium and locally sourced Washington peppermint, vanilla, and spices. Join us for A Tea Soirée on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, celebrating its Centennial in style. Indulge in an eight-course, tea-inspired dinner by Director of Culinary Eraj Jawickreme in the iconic Garden Room, featuring dishes like Genmaicha Soup with Shrimp Tataki, Jasmine Black Cod with Shiso, and Earl Grey Chocolate Panna Cotta. The evening will also feature a modern dance performance Choreographed by Christopher D’Ariano of Pacific Northwest Ballet. Tickets are $135 per adult including service charge, a complimentary tea-infused cocktail or wine, and a parting gift. Valet parking is available.
