Presenting a range of superior steaks and chops, a seasonal raw bar, and creative reimaginings of beloved comfort dishes, Aera promises peak indulgence 38 floors above the city.

Please note that all reservations from 2:30–5pm from Monday to Friday, after 10pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 11pm from Thursday to Saturday will be offered our bar bites menu. For our full à la carte lunch and dinner menus, please make a reservation during our regular dining hours.

Beautiful view and physical space but the food was average at best. It’s an over-priced O&B at the end of the day. Worse perhaps as the server was smug, unfriendly and inattentive, while the restaurant is littered with Instagram attention seekers constantly flashing their bejeweled iPhones. Highly do not recommend.

I would give them 0 if I could Music was verry loud The food was terrible We got a bunch of appetizers and a main Most disgusting food I've had in a verry long time Had to wait 30 minutes for the table to get ready After 30 minutes I was told they sat somebody els on our table instead of us We reserved in advance so we get the tower view and got the complete opposite.

Fun! Gorgeous view of the city, food was amazing and well priced for large plates that you are definitely able to share. Service was awful for a big party of 7 a lot of questions had to be asked to the back about food and such so it made getting the actual food take long. Then when it was time to pay the server first told us she was unable to give separate bills which fine, split the bill 7 ways also a no! Never have I been to a restaurant were you are unable to split the bill equally by any amount and not told in advance. Then the server once again goes to the back and asks the manger for probably the 20th time of the night, and she is now magically allowed to split the bill. Then she starts charging us and one person was charged more because the server made a mistake on the bill and she was unable to give a refund!!!! So one person in our party paid more her solution was to ask everyone to pay her the extra $4 each! She then goes back to the manger fixes the bill and comes back with a new total to charge the rest of the party. An absolute joke… if the service wasn’t so bad I’d return fix this

Music was so loud you can’t even hear your self .. Food was well presented , average quality Menu doesn’t show all items!! They have a different menu hidden for unknown reason View is nice

Very nice location, service and food. A bit silly you need to pay for seats or tables that are on the glass viewing either eat or west.

Made a reservation and had to wait a while to sit while multiple tables walked in and sat. Added a note that it was my mum’s birthday so to please bring a surprise dessert and they never acknowledged it until we told the man clearing the table. Best server was the person clearing the table so maybe he should be promoted instead. Food was average in taste, but the porterhouse presentation was horrible. Will not be back.

While the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and food was good (not mind blowing, but good), I was extremely disappointed with how our reservation was handled. I had booked a reservation for 3 people at 8pm. At 7:51pm, while I was just getting to the elevator to take me up to Aera, I received a phone call and message from OpenTable stating that the restaurant would be doing last call at 8:30pm. Assuming that Aera notified me close to my reservation time as they did not want me to cancel my reservation - because I would have for sure taken my business elsewhere if I had known we only had 30 minutes to order food and drinks. Super disappointed - there is no way they would have made a last minute decision to close the restaurant early. I should have been notified much earlier than 9 minutes before my reservation.

If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy delicious food, this is the place to be. The staff is amazing, the food is well-seasoned, and the presentation is great. My family and I started with the Oyster Rockefeller (a must-have), steak tartare, and cornbread as appetizers. For the main course, we enjoyed the prime rib, maritime lobster spaghetti, and the Organic Ocean Steelhead Salmon Trout, which comes with caviar and Hollandaise sauce – absolutely divine.

The service was great and beautiful ambience but the steak was over cooked and was kind of disappointed about that but the sushi and sashimi were great!!

While the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. Our server was inattentive, and we spent a significant portion of our meal trying to get their attention. Meanwhile, other staff members seemed overly eager to clear our plates before we were finished. Additionally, the atmosphere was disrupted by guests on both sides constantly taking numerous Instagram photos. While I understand the appeal of the views, this behavior was excessive and made it difficult to fully enjoy the dining experience. Lastly, the condition of the bathrooms was disappointing, especially given the type of establishment. They were unclean, with overflowing trash and a roll of toilet paper left on the counter. This needs improvement. Given these factors, I’m not sure I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a great dining experience in the city.
