This Miami Spice, ADRIFT Mare presents a sophisticated three-course dinner experience ($60/person). Inspired by Chef David Myers’ international travels, the menu pulls from the charm of the Greek Isles and the zest of Italy (to name a few destinations), offering starters such as Crispy Calamari with lemon garlic aioli and cumin salt and Baked Pita & Dips with baba ghanoush, hummus and feta cream. Standout mains include Arugula Pesto Bucatini with stracciatella and aged Parmesan, 12-ounce Prime Rib-Eye ($14 supplement) with herb chermoula, garlic harissa and fires, and King Prawns with fermented garlic, Fresno chili and lobster oil. Finish with a sweet choice of Cheesecake topped with roasted hazelnuts or Dark Chocolate Tart.

ADRIFT Mare offers captivating views of Biscayne Bay and from 5-8 pm, Tuesday through Friday, welcomes guests to a Happy Hour with Ocean Views featuring $10 craft cocktails, $8 beers, $9-$13 wines by the glass and $4-$10 snacks and bites. Sip the summery Strawberry Kush, made with vodka, strawberries, shiso, Sichuan and sparkling water, or La Tropical beer, a Vienna-style lager from Key West. Guests can snack like they’re on the Greek Isles or Italian Coast with the Mezze Plate ($8), served with olives, hummus, eggplant spread, grissini and aged cheese; Crispy Calamari ($8); or Grilled King Prawns with smoked paprika oil ($10), just to name a few.

Food was excellent. They kept bringing us bottles of water without is asking . So make sure to stop them before they open them because it would be added to bill. It’s rather cold so dress accordingly. Food came out in a good time.

Food was great but the service was slow. Like slower than I’ve ever experienced for an empty restaurant by when we got there. Everyone was really nice but I would give five stars if it was faster. The chicken thigh kebab was good and the pita and dip as well. The pesto pasta also came out cold but I did not mention to anyone flavor was good.

We had a girls night out here at Adrift Mare. The service was fantastic. The food came out a little bit slow and it was cold at first but once we let this over now, they remake the things that were cold and it was absolutely delicious and much better! We loved the calamari and all our entrees were delicious! The views of the bay were beautiful!

This was not a 1st time at Adrift Mare, but probably the last one. The dishes we tried before were still good, but new additions to the menu were not tasty at all. Quite a disappointment! Also, we ordered a bottle of wine and when we ask for a 2nd one, the restaurant did not have it. We asked for another savingnon blank bottle that was on the menu, but inquired whether the price of the 1st one would be honored. We got a hard NO - so not customer oriented and ruined our mood. I also want to note, that despite the restaurant being on a high floor, it is also a hotel entrance. So while you dining, you have all walks of life passing you by - half naked, loud, with dogs, kids and luggage and this is a very disruptive for the high-end dining and ruins the ambiance.

Great service, went for an early dinner around 630pm. The waitress recommendations were spot on. Great time if you enjoy a calm dinner with great tastes.
